Yangshuo

Moon Hill after which the village was named and the home of the  Zhou family.

Up the steps on the picture above you can just see children in the school yard.  This is their bicycle rack

As we cycle along Mrs Zhou identifies characters trapped in the shape of the rocks.  Amongst them are camels, elephants monkeys and horses,  Hampered by my western mind I am often at a loss to see the resemblance.

Mr Zhou does us proud.  We had a delicious lunch accompanied by home made wine.  A little strong for my taste but there was also beer and Coke.
