A short walk from the Museum of the Terracotta Warriors is the village of Pang Gou.

We are to visit the cave home of Mr & Mrs Pong.   When we arrive Mr Pong is playing checkers with the gentlemen of the village.

Homes carved out of the rock are warm in winter and cool in summer.  They have electricity but share communal village bathrooms.
