It is not a difficult as you might think to sail through all these islands. The charts are very good and there is a good system of day marks.
One of the few sandy beaches we found.
The light on Ukiivik is solar powered but do you notice something strange? The solar panel is mounted vertically because it is only used in spring and fall when the sun never gets very high. In winter there is no shipping and in summer there is no darkness!
