10.jpg (39894 bytes) Burgeo is the only town on this part of the south coast which has a road connection. There is also a marine service centre and travel lift. This is an American boat stored for the winter. Meriah is hidden inside the lifting bay.

I visited Burgeo in 2000 with my daughter. The approach is along Short Reach, the town is on the east end of Grandy Island.
