New gudgeons supplied by Nickels for the new rudder. Nickels supplied the two 3/4" HDPE blocks under the gudgeons to space the rudder over the aft deck overhang. I fitted the vertical 1" thick piece to mount the rudder retaining clip. Those gudgeons look super strong with 4X1/4" bolts for each one - an example of how Nickels build strength into everything.
The transom has been repainted but not the rest of the hull yet.
