Eight carved stone serpents spout water from a natural hot spring into the first bath. from where they overflow into a larger bath via five more serpents.  Take great care as the baths are extremely slippery.
The whole area is beautifully landscaped.   There is a changing area and a restaurant..   If you are lucky and there are not too many tourists you can have a wonderful relaxing time in the naturally hot, sulphurous water. Banjar 175.jpg (39710 bytes)
Banjar 176.jpg (39708 bytes) For a more invigorating experience head for the third pool where the water drops some nine feet or so to give the effect of a pummeling massage.
